The Town of Hayden and the University Technical Assistance Program at CU Denver have partnered to develop a conceptual redevelopment plan for the town-owned 30-acre racetrack parcel. The current amenities located at the parcel are underutilized and there is a desire to create a multi-purpose recreation space for community benefit and year-round use.
