This is a Request for Proposals for Land Use Planning Services (“RFP”) to provide zoning and subdivision support to the Town of Hayden (“Town”). The objective is to choose a reliable and experienced individual or firm with demonstrated knowledge in providing municipal land use services in a comprehensive, timely, and efficient manner. Services will be focused on the processing of current planning applications. Interested individuals should have significant experience in matters involving land use applications that are evaluated through a public hearing process. The planning consultant will work under the supervision of the Community Development Director.

The primary purpose of the Northwest Colorado Business District is to install the necessary infrastructure for the Airport area to develop as well as provide opportunities for our local businesses to expand and thrive. The Town is excited to support local business owners with this project! The project consists of two major “sub-projects”, hereinafter defined as Bid Schedule 1 and Bid Schedule 2. Bid Schedule 1 consists of all work within the boundaries of the Northern Colorado Business Park – a.k.a. Hayden Business Park and all work associated with connecting to existing roadways and utilities within the boundaries of the Yampa Valley Regional Airport property. Bid Schedule 2 consists of all work north of the boundaries of the Northern Colorado Business Park – a.k.a. the Highway 40 Interceptor Sewer. Bidders can bid any individual bid schedule or both bid schedules
Sealed bids for construction of the Hayden Business Park Development (Phase I) will be received by the Town of Hayden from bidders. There will be a mandatory pre bid meeting Wednesday, December 6th at 1:00 PM at Hayden Town Hall. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00PM on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 at Hayden Town Hall.
