TOWN MANAGER

The Town Manager is the administrative head of the city and is responsible to the Town Council for the administration and execution of all affairs of the city. The city manager oversees and prepares a complete report on the finances and administrative activities of the city and keeps the council advised of the financial condition and future needs of the town.

TOWN CLERK

The Town Clerks Office is responsible for all official municipal records for the town, administration of all regular municipal and special elections, processing of liquor licenses and approval of special event permits.

FINANCE

The Finance Manager for Hayden is responsible for all the financial and accounting operations for the Town including the investment of Town funds, budget preparation, reporting information of the Town and maintaining true and accurate financial records for the Town.

POLICE DEPARTMENT

PUBLIC WORKS

The Town of Hayden Public Works Department is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and improvements of the Town’s streets, rights-of-way, parks and building maintenance.

PARKS & RECREATION

The Hayden Parks & Recreation Department strives to provide high-quality programs, parks and facilities to all the citizens of the Hayden community. Our department also coordinates different community events throughout the year.

PLANNING & ZONING

The Town Planning and Zoning staff works with developers, landowners, residents and the Town Council, helping to guide them through the Town’s growth process while still maintaining its character and vitality.
