The Hayden Parks & Recreation Department strives to provide high-quality programs, parks and facilities to all the citizens of the Hayden community. Our department also coordinates different community events throughout the year.
The Hayden Parks & Recreation Department works with the Parks & Recreation Board to plan and implement recreation activities and events. Staff works with the Board to achieve an ample diversity of recreation activities.
Current programs and events include Peewee Wrestling, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Football, Basketball, Toddler Open Gym, Stokes Gulch Moto-X, Cog Run, Hayden Daze, Easter Egg Hunt, Harvest Festival and It’s Summer Somewhere.
Hayden Parks & Recreation relies on the generosity of both individual donors and the business community for helping to promote and produce events and youth programs that our community has come to expect. Only through these kind acts are we able to keep registration costs low for our youth programs and maintain free admission to our community events. Sponsorship opportunities are available for several events and youth programs throughout the year.

The Hayden Parks & Rec Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm at Town Hall.
