Mathew Mendisco, Town Manager
Mathew is the administrative head of the city and is responsible to the Town Council for the administration and execution of all affairs of the town.
The Town Manager oversees and prepares a complete report on the finances and administrative activities of the town and keeps the council advised of the financial condition and future needs of the town. He/she implements the official policies and directives of the Town Council and manages the day-to-day operations of the Town, while the Council sets the community policy. The Town Manager is also responsible for the enforcement of the laws, contracts and ordinances of the Town, and provides supervision for the Town’s major departments. Working with the Town Council and Department Heads, the Town Manager identifies grant programs or other funding sources to assist the Town in achieving its capital improvement objectives.

Barbara Binetti, Town Clerk
Barbara leads the Town Clerks Office, which is responsible for all official municipal records for the town, administration of all regular municipal and special elections and approval of all special activity permits.
Hayden’s Town Clerk conducts an array of services for the town. This position is directly responsible for preparing, publishing, and mailing public notices and recording Town Council minutes. The Town Clerk prepares proclamations; attests to the validity of all public Town documents; maintains the Town’s official documents, ordinances and resolutions; and provides public access for review of Town records. The Clerk conducts all municipal elections and serves as the filing officer for all campaign and conflict of interest disclosure statements.
The Town Clerk also licenses liquor establishments in Hayden. The Town Clerk is additionally responsible for receptionist and customer service duties, utility billing, and sales tax licensing.

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager for Hayden is responsible for all the financial and accounting operations for the Town including the investment of Town funds, budget preparation, reporting information of the Town and maintaining true and accurate financial records for the Town.
These responsibilities include the investment of Town funds, budget preparation, reporting information of the Town, maintaining true and accurate financial records for the Town, payroll functions, monthly bank reconciliation, accounts payable and any other finance-related functions. For the Town of Hayden, this role is filled by the Town Manager.

Tegan Ebbert, Community Development Director
Tegan leads the Planning and Zoning staff who work with developers, landowners, residents and the Town Council, helping to guide them through the Town’s growth process while still maintaining its character and vitality. She is supported by the Planning Commission & Hayden Economic Development Commission.
