Mathew Mendisco, Town Manager
Mathew is the administrative head of the city and is responsible to the Town Council for the administration and execution of all affairs of the town.
The Town Manager oversees and prepares a complete report on the finances and administrative activities of the town and keeps the council advised of the financial condition and future needs of the town. He/she implements the official policies and directives of the Town Council and manages the day-to-day operations of the Town, while the Council sets the community policy. The Town Manager is also responsible for the enforcement of the laws, contracts and ordinances of the Town, and provides supervision for the Town’s major departments. Working with the Town Council and Department Heads, the Town Manager identifies grant programs or other funding sources to assist the Town in achieving its capital improvement objectives.
