Facility Rental

A Special Event is…

• When the expected number of participants and spectators totals 50 or more, and/or
• An event with more than one vendor, and/or
• When providing, selling, or distributing alcohol and/or food to the public, and/or
• When holding a parade or using public right of ways and/or
• When the event lasts multiple days, and/or
• If the event intends to violate a Town ordinance (ex. include dogs in a park, etc.)

The Town of Hayden hosts several events where we welcome vendors (see links below for detailed information.)
