The Town of Hayden Planning Commission is currently reviewing the Main Street Apartments Site Plan Application for the construction of 109 apartment dwelling units and approximately 5,800 square feet of commercial space located along HWY-40 in downtown Hayden.

The conversation was tabled after the Feb. 23 Planning Commission Meeting to review a proposed alternative traffic access plan for the project and allow for public questions during a Community Open House at Town Hall.

Please join us Wednesday, March 15 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall for an opportunity to ask questions about an alternative traffic access plan for this proposed development.
