The Town of Hayden Municipal Court has jurisdiction for all alleged violations of the Town ordinances and has jurisdiction as provided under State statues and rules of the Colorado Supreme Court. The Town Council appoints a Municipal Judge, for a two (2) year term. Hayden Municipal Court Judge is Colette Erickson.
Hayden Municipal Court is held the first and third Monday of each month starting at 7:00 p.m. at Hayden Town Hall, 178 W. Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado. Please use the west parking lot for entrance into the Court. No recordings or weapons are allowed in Hayden Municipal Court.
